The Oxford American dictionary defines the Blues as “melancholic music of black American folk origin, typically in a twelve-bar sequence”, but those of us in the Mississippi Delta or lovers of the Blues know that it is so much more and the Gateway to the Blues museum will show you why it’s the music that made America.

We will meet at the Tennessee Welcome Center at 119 N Riverside Drive at 7:45am for a PROMPT 8:00am departure.
Our first stop will be in Cleveland, MS at the GRAMMY Museum Mississippi then we'll have a box lunch from Mississippi Grounds as we travel to Tunica, MS to visit Gateway to the Blues Museum. MMAA will provide snacks and waters for the ride.
Estimated time of return to the Tennessee Welcome Center is 4:00pm.
